Hi Mom locks the apps you pick until you send a real iMessage to someone you choose. After you buy, you save it to an account.

Billing is through Apple. Cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Hi Mom cannot cancel Apple billing for you.

Delete your Hi Mom account in Settings. That removes Hi Mom data from our servers. It does not cancel Apple billing.

For anything else, use Report a Problem on the App Store.
